Yes! My Credit Union wants to reserve guaranteed race entry forms for the April 7, 2013, 41st running of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run (can be used for either the 10 mile run or the 5K walk/run at different fee rates).

  • OPTION 1 – Electronic code given to individual runner to register on-line and pay with credit card – Please send me (indicate number) entry codes.
  • OPTION 2 – Printed entry forms batched and paid for by credit union with one check – Please send me (indicate number) printed entry forms.
  • If available, we could use additional race entry forms.
